Separate software costs are listed in the proposal. Ask which platform, hosting, booking, analytics, and other charges apply to your project. Paid advertising, major new features, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate agreement.

How we deliver the work →

How much does a service-business website cost?

Bay’s custom build is $3,000–$5,000, depending on the agreed scope. This is our offer, not an industry-wide average. Existing content, the number of distinct services, required integrations, and migration work affect what belongs in your proposal. We review the current site before recommending replacement.

How should I budget for a full year?

If you choose a build and subsequently agree to twelve months of managed growth, the arithmetic is $3,000–$5,000 plus $24,000, or $27,000–$29,000 before separately quoted software and other applicable charges. This is a planning example, not a required twelve-month commitment or a contract term. Confirm duration, cancellation, ownership, hosting, and handover details in your written agreement.

Is this a basic maintenance plan?

The monthly offer includes planned improvement work and evidence reporting, not only routine updates. If your site needs a single small fix or your budget only supports basic upkeep, your existing provider may be the better fit. We will say so after reviewing the issue.

What results are included?

The agreement defines work and deliverables. It does not promise a first-place search ranking, AI recommendation, number of leads, or revenue. Reporting separates completed changes from observed traffic, contact clicks, received inquiries, and outcomes supported by connected sources.
